About the room
Two smaller rooms available, along with a private bathroom with a tub and shower head. The prior tenant used the spare room as an office/study area. Keypad entry, so you never need to worry about needing a key to get in. Small-to-medium backyard with chairs and a fire pit. Lawn care is handled by myself. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished.
About the roomies
I’m an accountant, and an avid live music fan. I have a dog named Kali. She’s a German Shepherd/Greyhound mix, and she’s 9 years old. I have a girlfriend of over 2 years, who owns her own home and lives about 3 minutes away. So I’m over at her place a good bit. I also clean frequently and keep the sink empty. And, I’m the owner of the home.
