The house is in the Westridge neighborhood and is walking distance from Epic. One of the available rooms is a Master Suite, with two closets and a private bath. The bath has dual sinks with a tub and separate stand-alone shower, as such the rent is a little higher. The second is an upstairs bedroom with a shared bath. Westridge is a quiet neighborhood with two parks within a two-block walk. It is also very close to the Dane County’s Military Ridge bike trail system and the Sugar River Wildlife Area and Sugar River Wetlands State Natural Area
About the roomies
Davis (The other roommate) and I are in our mid-20s, both very open and friendly. We share the kitchen and laundry room. The laundry room has front loading HE units. We also share the lawn mowing duties.
