I’m looking to fill the largest room in a first floor, 3 bed 1.5 bath in the Allston neighborhood of Boston for 9/1. 📍The unit is a 5 min walk away from the Harvard stop on the green line (B). 🏠 Rent is $1300 for the largest room which includes an office space. Amenities: There is in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a small patio. Electric/gas/wifi are about $40-60 per person depending on the season. There’s no brokers fee, the landlord hasn’t raised rent in the past 3 years, and he’s really responsive.

A little about me I’m 29, and work in healthcare. I’ve lived here for a year and both of my roommates are leaving the city. As a roommate, the most important things to me are clean common spaces and direct communication. I love live music, running, my plants, knitting, cooking and baking, and sharing meals. I am also allergic to pets :’(.
