About the room
Hi there! My roommates and I are looking for someone to fill our extra room in our 5 bedroom house. The house is located in Arlington Heights, West of K-Town on a fairly quiet street, with a Ralphs, Target, and general store just down the street. There is a driveway that we can fit up to 3 cars in, (only one of us has a car) and free street parking. There is a decent sized private pool and hot tub in the back yard, the yard is also a very generous size with a pool-house. The room will be on the second level of the house, sharing a bathroom with two others that also live upstairs.
About the roomies
All three of us are male, two LGBTQ and one straight. Two of us work as bartenders during mostly nights, and one works in healthcare. We’re all in our 20s. We do like to host parties and have people over often, so you have to be okay with drinking, smoking, and occasional drug use. (Although we tend not to smoke in the house since we have such a nice backyard). We’re looking for someone else in their twenties who won’t mind making new friends and having a good time. Rent would be $1625 + utilities. Utilities are usually around $200-300 a month per person (I know it’s high, the majority of it is electric from the pool and A/C units) It would be a 6 month lease to start out with, but that can always be extended at the end.
