The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and stocked and free to use. Utilities, internet, and Netflix would be included. Property is located 10min from the Tucson mall and 20min from the U of A. You would be required to pass a background check with the park prior to moving in.

Im in my late 20s and currently live alone with my 2 cats so it’d just be the two of us in the home. I’m relatively social and would love to room with someone I can be friends with, but completely understand and respect the need for space or just a respectful cohabitation if that’s what you’re looking for.
