We have a upstairs room in our two-story with basement 100-year-old sanctuary home opening up September 1st. The house has a huge porch that wraps around 3/4 of the home and is on a little over an acre of property. Fully fenced yard and has a small pond full of frogs! Washer and Dryer in house in basement, set laundry days. Must be ok with cats and dogs! Oh and bunnies too! (We have a very nervous dog that takes awhile to warm up to until you’re no longer stranger danger to him. He will be leashed or in his kennel while you’re around until he warms up to you) So do not apply if you’re afraid of dogs. No more cats permitted but open to another dog. $350 pet deposit required by landlord. Must have renters insurance and pass a background check. We have AC! Bills, Internet and streaming included with rent. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly! No cigarettes, not allowed on property.
There are 3 of us. Robert, Mercy and Wryn. We’re all a bunch of LGBTQ+ friendly neurodivergent, nerdy, introverted extroverts, outgoing and very fun-loving! We care about each other. We are big on communication and try to have monthly house meetings. We try to hang out together on Sundays with a fire pit, cook out and game nights. We love the outdoors, especially camping. We like to go on random late night spontaneous adventures or road trips together now and then too. Calm, clean, no drama and no bullshit household.
