About the room

It is a two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a washer and dryer in unit. I am looking for someone to take over my friends portion of the lease as he has to move due to personal reasons (we are still friends and there wasn’t any issues between us or the property). The things in the room are not included but everything in the common areas will be there.

About the roomies

I am a 23 year old man with 2 cats. I am a bit of a nerd and metal head but I am a quiet and courteous. I am pansexual and accepting of everyone so I have no problems with any gender or orientation moving in.
