About the room

The available bedroom offers a comfortable private space, while the rest of the home includes a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit washer/dryer. The room is currently furnished but if you have your own stuff, no worries.

One of the best features of the property is the private outdoor area. The backyard includes a beautiful full-sized tree that provides shade and character, making it a great place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind after work. There’s also a secure gate with enough space to park a bike safely, fire up a barbecue, or enjoy hanging out with friends on a nice day.

You’ll also be sharing the home with two friendly resident cats, Dusty and Socks. They’re brother and sister from the same litter and are about two years old. Both are affectionate, well-behaved, and enjoy meeting new people.

The location is hard to beat. You’re within walking distance of the Italian Market, neighborhood coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and public transportation. Bella Vista offers the perfect balance of city convenience and neighborhood charm, with plenty to do just steps from the house. No car necessary.
