My name is Gwen, 30F, seeking to fill the space in my place ~ No restrictions on gender, open to couples/pairs, even willing to give up the larger room (less storage but more floor space), but it’s an extra $100 a month ($1,700) Open to mid-month move in, please be able to promise 6 months, 12 months not required. I have 2 CATS, both neutered boys, so you must be OK living with cats; I can’t really take in another animal since they’re older (9 and 12) except maybe a kitten. They are INDOOR ONLY, please be super mindful of windows open without screens and don’t leave the exit doors open willy nilly. They are super friendly and easy going. Available Room:

About Me: I am a Product Designer/Illustrator from the Boston area, currently WFH fulltime but potentially moving to an office job at some point…as you can see, I like an eclectic and decorated space but like to keep it as clean as possible. Def not anal about it, I can get a little cluttered myself, but we can keep each other in check ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ Happy to hang but happy to keep to myself too. I like watching movies the most but I am interested in anything really!! I’d like to live with someone fairly energetic but chill.
