• You’ll have the larger bedroom. • Shared kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. • My younger brother lives in the smaller bedroom. He works, is respectful, and mostly keeps to himself. • I have a dog who will remain at the house, but his care will not be your responsibility. However I will not be looking to add anymore pets to the household. • Place is 100% non smoking. I am very big on tidiness and keeping a fresh smelling place.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and responsible with rent. I’d prefer someone who will also help keep the shared spaces clean and be considerate of others.
