Your room/bath is private, and being a minimalist, the entire living room can be set up with your furnishings, for your comfort. Cozy balcony opens onto the courtyard. Whilst we live on the 2nd floor, there are no stairs on the Bluebonnet side. Neighbors upstairs and downstairs are always quiet. Utilities run between $30-60 a month each and are in my name. The deposit is for utilities/cleaning, and fully refundable upon termination of lease. Pathways will require background check, income verification and a year’s lease from you.

I’ve lived here since 12/2024 and LOVE the location, neighbors, property management. I’m a Retired Chef, part time 5am Baker at Sprouts (as a member of my household You can use my employee discount which runs 15-25%). I’m out of the apartment most days w/family/grandkids and living a life of service, returning only to eat and sleep late afternoons. I’m quiet, easy-going, super clean and hope for a similar roommate. Chef Moi loves to cook and share food. Right now (w/current roommate as primary leaseholder) guests and pets are never allowed. I am hopeful, open to exploring, accepting a change of this in the future. Living arrangements are up for agreement and negotiations. I’m a non smoker and smoking is not allowed in the apartment and its common areas, per the terms of ALL tenants’ lease. I LOVE pets and will consider a well behaved, cared for cat/small to medium sized dog.
