Hoping to find someone who is looking for short term whether that’s a few months or 3-8 mos max. Not looking for a long-term roommate. (I plan to relocate from Cali at the start of 2027).

Washer and dryer, WiFi, shared kitchen and bath, easy street parking. Public transportation (bus and light rail 5 min walk!) Room currently has a bed, desk and dresser which can stay if needed.

I am the only occupant of the house along w/ my small older dog. I work full time pretty much regular hours 9-5pm. I abide by quiet time after 11pm and expect roomies to do the same. I am easy going and travel often on my time off work so I’m gone quite a bit on weekends. Common areas such as living room and kitchen are shared and yours to use.
