5 bedrooms total, looking for roommates for 2 separate bedrooms with a shared bath to choose from. 20 minutes from UCF, $665 a month ~$70 for utilities&internet. Can give a tour whenever and can move in any time lease won’t start until August 1st.

About the roomies

3 roommates currently all male UCF students 22 to 23 years of age. We have a small cat. We play instruments; drums, bass, guitar etc. We are clean and the whole place is already furnished besides the rooms, consoles, TVS, accounts logged in.
