There is a very nice park behind the house, with a bike path that goes for many miles without traveling on a road with cars. You can bike all the way to downtown Denver or Golden on the paths. I am Mandi currently working construction in Glenwood springs. I pop in on occasion to fix up things, visit, and live between work.

Full time tenants Cori a mobile massage therapist. Out most evenings and weekends, board and video game enthusiast. Michael a bus driver enjoys his introvert time, and a good walk. Rey Radio maintenance also enjoys an occasional video game.

All of us are up for an occasional movie or game night but otherwise very quiet, clean, and chill. We are all good about the cleaning schedule, have good communication around guest, and respectful of quiet times.
