Hey Everyone! My house is looking for 1 roommate to fill 1 bedroom in our 4 bed 3.5 bath house for a 9-12 month lease in Ann Arbor! The bedroom is on the second floor along with 2 other rooms and shares a full bathroom with just 1 other roommate. We have an additional half bath on the first floor, which is all shared space including large kitchen, gym area, craft/study area, living room, laundry, etc. one parking space in a covered attached garage is included with this bedroom.

Rent: $780/month excluding utilities (water, gas, and electric-split across 5 roommates monthly) Snow, trash, lawn covered by landlord Minimum 9 month lease Free street parking and laundry Shared spaces are already furnished but bedroom is not furnished *Pets: we already have 2 dogs in the house so any additional animals would need to get along with them and be non-aggressive. There is a monthly $25 pet fee for dogs and cats. But not for any small caged animals.

About us: we are a co-ed house all in our late 20s working in healthcare, social work and landscaping. Some hobbies we like to do together are cooking/baking, watching movies, board games, thrifting, going downtown. We’re all respectful of shared spaces and share kitchen appliances, plates, cleaning supplies, and are non-smoking. We have 2 small dogs in the house (one mini poodle and one long haired dachshund- hank and ida)
