!!!LOOKING FOR THREE GIRLS TO TAKE OVER LEASE!!!

we are currently looking for three girls to take over our 12 month lease in a 4 bed 2.5 bath house! three of us are moving due to job changes/life while one roommate is staying! her name is joy, she’s a fun vibrant person who loves to go out but also to stay in and just chill! it is a spacious home with a gated yard front/back and only ten minutes from downtown phx asu campus and about 18 mins from tempe campus! rent is roughly $600 each plus + utilities! There would also be a cleaning/security deposit that needs to be made upon moving in that you get back after the lease! The three rooms pictured would not be furnished so it allows you to move in and make it your own, nor would most of the house since we would be taking the things we bought! we are hoping to have three girls before the end of august since that’s when we’ll need to be in our new places! please message me if you or anyone you know is interested! text me about all financial details and info about signing over the lease/application process!
