100 year-old big home on a double lot off McGregor with large pool and fenced in backyard. A dedicated parking space comes with the room. The room is on the 2nd floor of the house, has a large closet, and comes fully furnished with a queen bed, wall-mounted TV with streaming services already installed, a large work desk, bookshelves, and a reading chair. You will have a dedicated private bathroom (single sink + separate vanity, tub/shower + toilet) in the hall adjacent to the room. You will have a dedicated pantry/fridge space in the kitchen (located on the first floor) as well.

I am a 52-year-old woman who works as a college professor at FGCU. I work both on campus and from my home office. Both my kids are away at college and rarely return home. I have a border collie/husky mix and two cats. I love music of all sorts, and I even play guitar. I also love tennis, knitting, and being in nature. I am a bit of a foodie, too. You will see as little or as much of me as you want. I’m easy-going. I respect introverts and extroverts alike.
