About the room

Available for August 1st move-in. 1 year lease no exceptions. Single occupancy. NO couples. NO animals. NO smokers of any type. NO drugs. Single room for rent in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house, $1000/mo. Deposit will be $1000. First month and deposit ($2000) due upon lease signing. Credit/background check will be done at the applicants expense.

The bedroom is roughly 11’ x 12’ with a 3’ x 4’ closet. The room has a quiet 50“ ceiling fan with a light. Brand new dual paned double sliding window with wooden blinds. Hard wood floors. Locking door.

We keep it pretty quiet, and have early hour patterns. We are usually getting ready for bed around 9pm and up around 6am. Clean up after yourself and pitch in with normal household cleaning. Spacious living room and dining room area. The house has hardwood floors, and was built before insulation existed, so sound travels. This room shares a full bathroom with one other person. We share 1 garage parking spot, 10 days each per month. We split utilities equally each month. Utilities include: SDGE, Water, and wifi internet. Averages about $150/mo for everything combined. We have a full sized front loading washer and dryer in the garage. They both work well. There is a gas stove Full sized refrigerator that you will share with one person. If you have any other questions, feel free to message. FYI… It’s not gonna be the first to respond gets it. We will both meet you and discuss whether the fit is good. The best fit gets it. If this is still up, then we are still looking.
