I have two private rooms available in my home. My home is in a safe, quiet and well maintained neighborhood in Highland Park, St Paul. It is near St Catherine’s University and also St Thomas and Macalester. Each room is furnished with a queen size bed, desk and chair, and 2 full closets. Also, two large windows with blinds and draperies. The home has central air conditioning. The shared spaces include a full bathroom with shower and tub. There is a 1/2 bath next to the kitchen, living room and dining room, laundry room in the basement, a lovely yard and attached screen porch. The kitchen has an electric glass top stove with oven, a microwave, a toaster oven and electric tea kettle. The kitchen table seats 4. The basement has a finished area for recreation, fitness or just hanging out and watching TV. On street parking is readily available. Salmon Room is 11’ x 14.5’(160sf) 2 closets - 5’5“ x 2’ 11“ Blue Room is 9’10“ x 14’ (133sf)- 2 closets- 4’11“ x 2’ 7“ No guests and no parties.

As the homeowner I will be on site, although I travel frequently. I am a retired teacher and I have lived in my house for 40+ years. Of the 4 bedrooms in the home, 2 will be available for private roomies. I will occupy the other 2. I am an MPR junkie and have the radio on more than the TV. I am experienced in housing students and I am looking forward to finding one or two female(s) interested in sharing my home with me.
