There are two to choose from - the house is a 2/2, one bath, one shower, neither ensuite (so, shared). Entire house is easily converted for accessibility - only low thresholds and an open floorplan.

One bedroom is considerably larger than the other, and current occupant is open to either. $50/m discount for smaller room.

Seeking mature, green-minded individual to share the community dream - someone who can get along with plants, animals and people, and who demonstrates this in their use of products. (Organic, non-chemical as much as possible, no “’cides” and as little plastic as possible.

Crunchy, yet still tasteful.

Must be an animal lover but preferably not bringing more pets - two dogs and two cats are enough.
