Looking for a an amazing roommate . I am currently renting a home in Asbel Creek Land O Lakes. The home is 4bdrm, 2 bath. What you will receive is the master bedroom (downstairs) with en-suite and walk in closet. Access to entire downstairs of home. You must love dogs. I have 2 dogs that are super sweet but large. My male doesn’t come upstairs so he would be downstairs all the time. The female will come up with is. Entire upstairs will be inaccessible. Shared kitchen space. WIFI is included as well as electric and water. I am more concerned about finding the right person rather than quick rental.
About the roomies
I am 48 years old and work from home. I have two teens at home as well as 2 dogs. It is imperative that you have a love for dogs as they are going to be around. Due to a loss of work and to keep my home for the kids I need to look for someone reliable and trusting to room with us. I do not drink or do drugs so this is also a requirement. I do not currently have alcohol in the home so I don’t mind someone who drinks occasionally but I do not want a daily drinker. I am an introvert and like to keep to myself. I do not have a lot of friends purposely and hate drama. I am looking for someone similar who has a focus on work and getting ahead in life.
