My roommate and I are looking for 1 other female to join us in our well-maintained, spacious, 3BR 1 Bath (+1 office) in Woodside, Queens. $1065 a month (utilities around $50-75 a month, heat and water paid for by landlord). 1-year lease, starting Sept 1 2026.

• Location: 10-minute walk from Sunnyside, 15 minutes to Penn Station via LIRR, 25-30 min to Manhattan via subway, 25 min to Greenpoint, 15 min to Astoria, 3-minute walk from the 7 train and Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), 5 minutes from the R and M, 15 from the E/F tons of natural light, quiet, safe neighborhood
• 2nd floor walk-up (two entrances)
• Huge main spaces (separate dining room and living room) and kitchen with lots of light and a very friendly and responsive landlord.

• Extra room for storage

Erika - I am a 27 year old working as a DOE teacher in Queens. I’m someone who enjoys going to cafes, watching movies, dancing, etc. I take time to keep our space clean as it is something needed for both Alex and I. I’m pretty easy-going as long as there’s always clear communication and respect.

Me - 26, work in social media. Super extroverted and usually am out and about doing a million things. I like to stay active, I do kickboxing, dance, and play soccer. I love going to cafes, making my own matcha at home, and always try dragging Erika out the house 🙂
