1 Bedroom available in a three bedroom house. Shared living room with fireplace, dining room, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and one and a half baths. Furniture available to rent for additional fee. Clean, updated decor. Walk to Target, Costco, Lowes, Walmart. 2.9 miles from Bellarmine University. Off street parking. Large fenced yard with dog door. Some dogs allowed after review. Lots of storage in basement or garage. Large backyard with mature trees and fire pit. All utilities are split evenly between renters. These include internet, water, sewer, trash, gas, and electric. Renters will maintain grass and clear snow. No cannabis in any form, No smoking, vaping, drugs, incense, or open flames.

We are NOT cannabis friendly. Great rental for serious students. We would prefer to share with another female. Current renters are an MD student and a full-time nurse. We need quiet evenings for studying. No cannabis, smoking, vaping or incense. Currently two dogs live in the residence. We will consider another dog but it will have to be introduced to the current dogs and get along well.
