Great apartment just a 3-minute walk from Brown University as well as within walking distance from RISD. It’s 4 bedroom 1 bathroom with two main shared spaces: a living room and kitchen/dining area. The property is fully furnished with couches, full sized beds, desks, chairs, and storage spaces. Each of the rooms have numberpad locks for privacy and safety. The room we are renting out has excellent natural light with three large windows. We can also be a little flexible with the move-in date.

We are 3 female RISD juniors, all 20 years old. We are respectful, considerate, and maintain a comfortable shared living space. We wish to be transparent and communicative to maintain a healthy and welcoming environment. One of our roommates also owns a cat!
