I live alone currently in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath house with my two cats and my snake (I promise he’s the least scary thing ever). I personally keep mostly to myself and don’t really have people over so it’ll be quiet on my end :). The room for rent is on the smaller side and the bathroom will be semi-shared because it’s the only one with a shower. I do have a half bath to keep all my stuff though, so the main bathroom would be mostly yours. I’m in the military and a full time online college student and I do sometimes work odd hours depending which shift I’m on. Pets are welcome within reason but my backyard isn’t fenced all the way around so be aware of that if you have a dog. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, the neighbors are great, and it’s less than 5 minutes to Brookshire’s, Sonic, McDonald’s, Domino’s and Marco’s pizza, etc. It’s also less than 10 minutes to BPCC.

I have lots of hobbies but I keep mostly to myself. If you have an interest in paddleboarding, crochet and knitting, or other hyper fixations like me, I’m sure we’ll be fast friends. The other roomies are my two orange cats who are absolute sweethearts and my snake, Bastian. Nos before you get worried about Bastian, he’s tiny and a sweetheart! He’s very timid and completely harmless, not to mention he stays in his enclosure in my bedroom 98% of the time.
