I’m looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath luxury apartment at Arte Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga. You’ll have your own unfurnished bedroom and private bathroom, along with the convenience of in-unit laundry. The community has amazing resort-style amenities, including a pool and spa, a two-story fitness center with yoga and spin studio, clubhouse, game room, business center, outdoor BBQs and fire pits, a rooftop skydeck with lounge areas, package lockers, EV charging stations, a dog park, and secure bike storage. A little about me—I’m in my third year of law school while working full-time, so I keep pretty busy during the week. I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and enjoy hanging out with friends when I have free time. I’m looking for a roommate who’s also a working professional, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and would love to find someone who’s a good fit to make the apartment feel like home.
