Rooms are typically unfurnished since last tenants brought all their own stuff, but we do have some extra furniture lying around the home if needed.
Parking: Parking inside community is on a first come, first serve basis. Available parking across the street and outside gate of community. If you don’t have a car, conveniently located across fullerton’s ride and share bus station.
Rent is firm. Deposit negotiable. Must supply proof of income showing at least 2-2.5x rent. More than likely my husband will be doing the viewings. Tenants won’t be out till sep 1st, but have given us permission to view the rooms if needed.
ABOUT US: Me and my husband reside in the home. I’m Taiwanese (29) and my husband(27) is Korean, so no shoes in the home. Shoe storage is in the front 🙄. My husband works hybrid in accounting; I’m a nurse who picks up a lot of overtime. On our free time we just enjoy being home, going to the gym, cooking, church, and playing with our pup. Must love dogs. Percy is our 4 month old golden aussie. Very friendly and a sucker for attention.
Other tenant is a quiet Vietnamese fella in his 20s. Keeps to himself, but very friendly if you ever run into him and decide to chat.
