Moved into this apartment a month ago and have been spending to time furnishing it but now am ready to rent out the extra room I have! The room has large mirrored closet, private bathroom, includes parking in the complex, central AC and plenty of light. Kitchen stocked with dishware and has a large cupboard for storage. Apartment also has a balcony I haven’t found much use for. Complex is open and has two pools and multiple laundry rooms with lots of machines. Super quiet area directly across from an H Mart and Sprouts, and right down the street from the i5.
I’m the only other roommate you’d be sharing the space with! 27 years old and working full time in healthcare. Looking for another young professional or student that’s easy to get along with, courteous and clean. When I’m not working I spend most of my time working out or catching up on movies (really big into film!). I don’t do much partying and not a smoker. The room is really open to anyone (LGBTQ+ friendly) but the ideal roommate would be someone working full time, able to communicate and able to be respectful of each other’s space. I’m pretty social myself but don’t mind if someone just keeps to themselves either. Room will be open beginning of August but not in any rush!
