About the room
Looking for someone to take over my half of a lease at Portofino Vineyards in Fort Myers. The apartment complex is new and about 10 minutes from Gulf Coast Town Center and Coconut Point mall. It’s also about 10 minutes from FGCU, making it great for students as well. The complex features a pool, gym, dog park, parking close to the building and plenty of area to walk around. The room up for rent is the spare bedroom which is a good size and included is also your own private bathroom which is fairly large.
Room can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference and what we work out.
About the roomies
The roomate you’d be sharing the apartment with is very laid back and easy to get along with. He is a college student but keeps quiet and keeps the space clean. He has a great dog named Remy who is super nice and friendly.
