This will be the whole upstairs, one room is the furnished bedroom with TV. Upstairs full bath and 2nd room can be used as a visiting room and or office but that room is shared in that the attic entry is there and I use part of that closet. There is a twin bed set up as a couch with end tables. Feel free to add small to make it yours. You’ll have kitchen privileges and can use the laundry. Internet, TV Streaming and electric included.

I own the townhome, and am trying to semi-retire, hence roommate. I have two rescues, one of which takes time to adjust to new people (barks, but that’s all). Vet will give me some anti anxiety meds for the transition. Hope to find someone who is willing to occasionally feed and let out the pups when I go out of town and will lower the rent on the months that happens. I am 70, but young at heart and am an active but quiet individual.
