A closing hallway door completely separates them from the main house traffic. Room A (The Spacious Room - $895/mo): Approx. 13.5 ft. x 10.5 ft. Includes a semi-built-in wardrobe (approx. 2 ft. x 7 ft.), a separate walk-in closet (approx. 3 ft. x 5 ft.), and a ceiling fan. Cooler, quiet, and great for studying or sleeping. Room B (The Garden View Room - $895/mo): Approx. 11 ft. x 10 ft. Features its own walk-in closet (approx. 4.5 ft. x 3 ft.) and an abundance of natural light with a peaceful view overlooking the back garden. Included Amenities: Dedicated Bathroom: Rooms A and B share a comfortable hallway bathroom (approx. 7 ft. x 6 ft.) exclusively between themselves. Features both a bathtub and a shower.
