2 different bedrooms are available with the upstairs living room area, big backyard , i have two Australian shepard dogs who stay in the kennel when i am not home, a/c and heating in both rooms and a decent amount of space for living room area up there as well flexible on rent depending if you will be using one or both bedrooms
About the roomies
Me and my boyfriend own the house, we both work monday thru friday 8-5 im a mechanic at honda and he is an electrician. we are both 22 and 23 looking for a reliable roomate to take over upstairs area
