Private bedroom with shared bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The neighborhood has a heated pool and walking trails and is located in an upscale area in Gilbert, AZ. Close to freeways, stores, restaurants, entertainment. This home is 2 years old with upgraded floors, cabinets, counters, appliances, to name a few. You would have a private bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and television. The bathroom is right off of the bedroom with its entrance coming from the hallway. You would share this bathroom with one other female. All common areas are available for use including the laundry room. There is designated space in the fridge, freezer, and pantry shelves for your food. All dishware and cookware are available for use.

I am female and work in the medical field but am fortunate to be able to work remotely. I work long hours in my room or am gone to see family so you won’t see me much. I am the owner of this home and my room is not close to yours so there is distance and privacy. The other room will be rented to a female. I am quiet and respectful but friendly and easy to get along with.
