About the room
It is in a nice, quiet, safe, gated residential area in Redwood City, about 5 minutes to Costco. Safeway is also walking distance (the neighborhood is close to Woodside Rd). There is a community pool that is right in front of the entrance, and the house has 2 pool keys. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The room you will be taking is one of the two smaller rooms but still big enough to fit a queen sized bed! The house has a backyard / patio area. There is plenty of parking - two spots on driveway (first come, first served), otherwise plenty of parking labeled as “guest parking” you cans feel free to use. Washer and dryer is in the garage.
Since move in will start in the middle of August, the rent will be prorated to $626 (August 16-31). But security deposit will be first full month of rent.
About the roomies
You will be living with 3 other roommates, all in their early to mid 20s. You will share one bathroom with one other roommate who is in the adjacent bedroom. All are pretty introverted and keep to themselves, but are excellent at communicating!
