The whole place is around 1300 square feet. You’d have your own bathroom with shower in your room. I have a garage however you can’t really park in it due to the curve of the driveway but it makes for great storage. I have a back porch too with a privacy fence to the other side. We’re right off the interstate too so travel times are always pretty good.

I’m a clean person who’s pretty introverted, however once I warm up to you I don’t mind conversations and hanging out. I have 2 sneaky cats and I’m super protective over them so I’m big on not leaving things out that they could get into. I smoke wax so if you do that that’s cool anything else though I’d prefer you keep to your own room or outside. So I’m looking for a chill fellow cat lover that will clean up after themselves! If that sounds like you hit me up! Also this listing is super in advance because I would like to actually get to know you lol hope that’s understandable!
