I live in a 4br technically 5 bedroom house! It’s almost 3,000 square feet—I have 2 open rooms available for someone to chose between (or use both) the home isn’t terribly furnished or decorated if I’m being honest. It is an older house, so it isn’t terribly fancy either. But, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, it’s central to a lot of things. Nice neighborhood to run/walk/jog. We have a couple of parks located in the neighborhood as well as a gulf course & country club!

My name is konni, I am 23 years old! I have two children and I also own animals! (3 cats, 1 small dog) but they stay outside! I am a single mother, I got this house with my husband and unfortunately can’t really afford it on my own anymore—working full time, being in school & being a mother —it’s hard! I am looking for a roommate who is down to earth, and doesn’t mind crazy kiddos, because my two can certainly drive you up a wall. I’m having a hard time maintaining the house alone— like yard work (grass is a bit over grown) I don’t really socialize much, but would love someone who I could also be friends with! :) I’m also flexible on deposits and such!
