The room available is on the first floor, which is an apartment equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, and its own entrance. You would be sharing this space with one other person. There is a washer and dryer in the house, and you would have your own parking space in the driveway. we have a large yard with a half basketball court and views of The Peaks. We are located close to the University and shopping/dining areas. The rent is $800/month plus a refundable deposit of $800. The utilities are split equally among everyone in the house. Greetings future roommate! We are looking for someone to join us in our home in University Heights. We are three respectful and hardworking guys sharing a fairly large three story house in a quiet cul-de-sac across from the University. We all do our own thing during the day, and keep it quiet at night. We have a musician in the house who occasionally practices during the afternoon on weekdays. He always gives everyone a heads up when he plans to play. So we are looking for someone that won’t effect or be bothered by.
