Hey y’all! I’m moving into my new home soon and will be renting out one of the rooms. Gender and age don’t make a difference to me, just looking for someone who will take good care of the space and be a respectful roommate.

The room:

• Rent: $975/month + utilities (split evenly between the two of us)
• August 10th
• 6 month lease with potential to renew
• You’ll have the second-largest bedroom in the house and your own bathroom

Shared spaces:

• Furnished living & dining room
• Small bedroom that I’ll use as a home office 1-2 days per week and a guest bedroom as needed
• Upstairs loft (ideal for workout space)
• Backyard with small patio
• 2 car garage

I’m 39, single with no kids. I have a hybrid full-time job plus a part-time job at HEB. Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with family and friends, going to concerts/plays/movies, and traveling. I’m friendly and easy-going, but need to recharge my battery with time to myself when I’m home.

I have a hairless cat and prefer not to add any more pets into the mix. She’s extremely snuggly and would love to spend time with you!
