We have 2 bedrooms ($750 each) with a private jack and jill bathroom which we are renting together as a combo for a couple/single parent or working professional for $1500 in our 6 bedroom/3800+sqft home. All utilities are included (including electric, gas, water, cable w/movie channels) and fast internet. There is laundry available in the house and can be used as needed. We have multiple refrigerators and tons of cabinet space for storage of food and other items. You will have full house access minus the rooms occupied by my family. Not included but available to use in the interim right next to the rooms is a loft for lounging that may be used as needed for no additional cost.

The home is located less than 5 mins walking distance from Harvest Hill Steam Academy (elementary school & junior high), 10 mins walking from the Abelia Sports park, 5 min drive from Dorthy Mcelhinny Middle and Temecula Prep, and the bus stops around the corner for the high school. We are also 10 mins from Stater Bros and Target.

Currently there are four of us in the home other than you. There is my wife, my 18 year old daughter, and 21 year old son. My wife and I are both full time working professionals with normal 8-5 schedules. All of us are really busy, though we love to socialize with each other and others at home. We are very kid friendly, including babies and toddlers…even teenagers with attitude are welcome (Lol) so have no fear. As for pets, currently there are none in the home, and if you have one unfortunately we will have to decline at this time even if you categorize them as a service animal.

We are looking for clean, responsible adults with or without kids and verifiable steady income. No drugs. Smoking is permitted but only outside.
