Room: The master Room is our most spacious and luxurious bedroom type. It comes with a private/ensuite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupant. It has a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65“ Smart TV, and a streaming device. Perfect fit for students looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. The private bathroom inside the room gives the feeling of living in a studio. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.

Neighborhood/building: Our Southwest Avenue residence offers a mix of comfort and style. This residence is located in the Carol Gables area of Miami. It has an excellent location just next to an array of restaurants, shops, premium grocery stores, cinemas, and theatres. Fllat is happy to provide the best and most affordable student housing experience in Miami.
