We have a three-bed, one-bath, single-story home in Congress Park, about a 20-minute walk from both Cheesman Park & City Park. Our neighborhood is super safe with lots of families living around us, and we have a small backyard. Rent is $750/month (not including utilities) and might go up in August, although we haven’t gotten any confirmation of this yet. If it did go up, I anticipate it’d only be to $800 or so. We have an awesome, responsive landlord who cares about the property and fixes things within the same week we report them.

Alex (31F) works with animals and I’m (27F) in social work + also work at a restaurant. Both of us are out of the house a lot & Alex sometimes leaves for days at a time to dogsit. We both enjoy the outdoors + concerts in our free time. We are both chill, kind, and communicative people.

Alex has a sweet dog named Levy. She is SUPER chill! Alex usually takes her to work Mon-Fri, but if she’s ever left at home, she literally just lays around.

I might be leaving early in September or October & finding a subletter for the remaining duration of my lease. However, I’d make sure this is someone you gel with & we can all meet them!
