Rent is $3,000/mo (split @ $1,500 each)

Some of the things that make this place unique: • Quiet 4-unit building • Single-story (no neighbors above you) • Only one shared wall (the living room) • Private backyard with grass • Great neighborhood close to Magnolia Park, restaurants, coffee shops, and easy freeway access

Housing costs work out to roughly ~$1,600/month including utilities and internet (give or take depending on how we decide to split things). I’ll be keeping the smaller bedroom, and I’m happy to give up the garage parking spot if that’s something you’d value.

My goal is finding a good, sustainable roommate situation.

I work in film, TV, and live event production. I have two cats that are very friendly.
