You will have your own private room, with a shared bathroom with one other roommate. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the common areas are down stairs. Washer and dryer are provided, Fiber internet is provided and all bills are paid! You’ll also have a dedicated parking spot! Also I like to keep the house comfortable, as in cool.

Currently I am the only other roommate, I have a German Shepard named Ace, he’s very friendly and gets along with pretty much everyone. If you have a dog I would want them to meet to make sure that they get along. Personally I love to cook, and do projects, I’m also working on opening 2 businesses so I will be pretty busy most of the time. I don’t drink, smoke or do any drugs. I’m a clean person and am looking for roommates who is aswell.
