Unit has a huge living room with a weight bench setup in the corner, air conditioning, washer/dryer stack, dishwasher, and a balcony. All bills included besides Electrical which fluctuates.

About the roomies
Early 40s working professional that loves nerdy hobbies and my medium sized dog. I host board game nights every other weekend, and occasionally have friends over for scary movie night. I cook often, and work out semi regularly but I am a very quiet person most of the time. The puppy is 3 and friendly, but wary of strangers. She warms up quickly and tends to spend most of the day sleeping in my room or on the couch.
