Private room in a 3-bedroom house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The room has wood floors, plenty of natural light, and a closet. Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry. This house also features a decent sized backyard with a firepit. Off street parking as there is a 2-car driveway plus a 1-car garage. Convenient location close to Maine Street Brunswick, the train station, and Bowdoin College, a 30 min drive from Portland, and 40 mins from Augusta.

We’re two females in our late 20’s/early 30’s who both work busy schedules, so the house is generally pretty quiet. When we’re both home, we enjoy chatting and catching up, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime. We keep the shared spaces generally clean and tidy and are looking for someone who values a comfortable, respectful living environment. One of us is a quiet introvert who enjoys spending free time running, cycling, and hiking. The other has a demanding work schedule and, when she’s off, usually spends time with her dog.
There is one dog in the home, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable with dogs. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any other dogs or cats. We’re hoping to find a roommate who is responsible, considerate, communicates well, and is a good fit for a peaceful, easygoing household. This is a 1 year lease that started in May, we are looking for someone who is hopefully able to stay through April of 2027 and maybe longer if everyone is a good fit and renews the lease. Rent is 2500 per month split three ways, utilities not included. One roommate is moving out sometime in September so she will be finding someone to take over her room at that point.
