I’m looking for someone to move into my spacious studio apartment at the end of July! It’s located at Berkshire Riverview on Lady Bird Lake, just minutes from downtown Austin.

The lease runs through December 19, with the option to renew directly with the property if you’d like to stay longer.

At 623 sq. ft., the studio offers an open layout, a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and an impressive amount of closet/storage space.

The community features direct access to the Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk, a resort-style pool, fitness center, Parcel Pending lockers, and free resident parking. Utilities (except internet) are billed through the property.

I’ve loved living here for the past five years - I’m only moving because I’m relocating to another unit within the community.

About the roomies

You won’t have any roommates - this studio will be entirely yours! I’m relocating to another unit within the same community, so while I’ll remain on the lease through December 19, I will not be living in the apartment.

The leasing office is aware of the arrangement, and you’ll have the entire unit to yourself. Before I move out, I’ll also have the apartment cleaned and touched up so it’s move-in ready!
