This is a split-level townhome with a creek that runs parallel to the property. The room is 10 x 10 with a full-size bed and a small desk. The upstairs is all communal space. There are two sitting areas, a fireplace, and a back deck. There is plenty of parking space, a community pool, and close to a grocery store.

I am semi-retired due to a medical condition. I am home most of the time. I prefer a roommate who works or goes to school. I like to DIY, craft, read, watch YouTube, and take care of my growing collection of plants. I keep to myself and try to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The roomies are quiet, responsible, and considerate. Everyone has their own schedule but is respectful of shared spaces and each other’s privacy. We work together to keep the home clean and comfortable, creating a relaxed and drama-free environment.
