Beautiful area, laundry in the building, all utilities included. Large closet space. The apartment is small but cozy with great natural light. Living room is furnished, dining room is used as office space, bathroom has shower/tub and is small but I don’t take up much space. Neighbors are super friendly, easy going. Can be loud in the building at times but not bad.

32/f professional who works from home seeking compatible responsible roommate. I have a dog and 2 cats. I’m a homebody so i’ll be around a lot, this would be a great room for someone who works a lot or a student. I’m happy to remove furniture from shared space to accommodate. I’ve been in this unit for 7 months and thoroughly enjoy living here.
