This is a 3/2 house 1260 sq ft in a quiet neighborhood super close to Downtown Orlando. Universal is also less than 7 miles away and the highways make it super easy to travel in any direction. I have lived in this house for 8 years and I’m looking for 1 person to share the house with. The master bedroom and bathroom, and the larger living area are available for rent. I have a landlord so you would need to pass the background check and sign a 12 month lease starting August 1, 2026. You would be able to move in before that date once the lease is signed. I’m a fulltime server and I live a quiet home life so I’m looking for someone who also lives this way. I don’t have parties or late night guests, and I keep a clean house. The area is very safe and has everything you could need within a short care ride.
