Seeking one roommate to share a small, 2 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood in Englewood. Rent is $850 per month, with utilities included (including internet). The property consists of the house and a fenced in backyard with a stand alone building where a third roommate lives- with their own access. Driveway and street parking available, washer/dryer in house. Pets on a case-by-case basis. I have one cat and a bearded dragon. The house is a two minute drive to South Broadway and Hampden/285.
